Franci Neely is the founder and CEO of The Neely Group, a multimillion-dollar real estate company.

She is an intelligent woman with expert knowledge in mortgage finance, deal structuring, and risk management.

Before founding Neely Group in 2006 and starting her career as a real estate entrepreneur, Franci was the youngest Vice President of Bankers Trust Company at 25.

Franci Neely serves on the board of advisors for the Women’s Council, Inc., where she encourages young women to pursue their dreams.

Franci Neely is also a member of the Board of Directors for Diversified College Consulting, a nonprofit providing resources for students from all socio-economic backgrounds seeking to advance their educational goals.

Her goals for the future include expanding Neely Group’s presence in the communities it serves and assisting African American families to realize their dreams of home ownership.

Her advice for young women is, “don’t let anyone, especially your parents, tell you that you can’t do something. Your parents are just trying to protect you.”

Her drive is to provide an opportunity for people with some disadvantages, whether economic or social, to feel like they can succeed.

She has built a successful brand on the concept of empowering women financially by purchasing their first home.

Her words of wisdom are, “you really shouldn’t allow other people to tell you what you want.”

She loves being a woman and is beyond grateful to have been able to break through in a male-dominated business world.

According to her, wanting something out of life made her successful.
